Duo wei tofu. Anybody knows the recipie?

August 30th, 2007 at 04:20 am

During my trip to China last month I got to love this dish. But I can't seem to find the recipie on the web. It is translated as "many flavored tofu."

it is a little spicy, garlicy, crispy on the outside and soft and juicy on the inside.

    Hey, love your color scheme!

Also, yeah, I love fried tofu. Obviously, it's a very common dish with lots of variations in Asia, but good luck trying to find something like that in the States.

I can't help you with the recipe, and that would be too hot for my taste as well, but overall, I agree that they can be mmm mmm good!

Looks good, but I had tofu once that was not great. I guess it wasn't prepared like this
