My co-worker heroically continues to cook every lunch hour. We get a menu from her every Friday and choose which meals we like and which days we would like to skip.
The top one is my favortie.
It is a Egyptian dish, sort of peasant fast food. It has lentils, rice on the bottom, pasta, and the delicious thing on top is onions -- pounds of them fried until they fit into a cream cheese sized container. (she fried the onions at home) It is eaten with hot sause (or a type of tomato-based spicey sause).
It is delicious!
Yum! If I'm not mistaken, the last picture are crepes (or what I'd call Danish pancakes)? The food is all so artfully arranged too - did you arrange it, or did your coworker?

The co-worker who cooks them always arranges them. It comes naturally to her.
