I love the neighborhood (though right outside the gates it is Jersey City and its litter).
But inside...
The view from that condo was like this:
I would feel like coming back to a resort destination every day after work.
Can't stop thinking about it.

But, the novelty wears off, for sure. I was reading an article a while back about renting for a resort lifestyle. I was kind of like, eh. Living in a resort style master planned community, it isn't 1/10 as exciting as when we moved here. As with anything, it's way more exciting when you can't have it, or it's just out of reach. Just food for thought.
I know hard to believe - but how exciting is something you see every day? & I come from an extreme HCOLA and never thought we could afford such a nice home. Now we dream of something simpler on more acreage. I am sure if we had that we'd want something else eventually.
