Fit in February challenge

I am ready and I am serious about it.
No reason at all to wait until "Monday" or the first of the month, or the New Year. I started on a Tuesday, 8 days ago and I am doing better job than I ever had.

5 days of working out and keeping my caloric intake reasonable. (I am tracking everything).

Lets make a pact and see what we can accomplish in terms of lifestyle change. Who else has fitness/weight loss goals they are working on?

    I do! Gave up my daily iced coffee (too many calories) and working on limiting sweets and such. Working out too. I keep track in a notebook....helps keep me accountable!

    I completed my weight-loss goal last year, and so my goal this year (and my lifelong goal) is to maintain the ideal weight that I've reached. If I hit 130 or higher, I must count calories until I get back under! I've only topped 130 once since I lost the weight, and one week of calorie-counting got me back under, so hopefully this is a good long-term strategy for maintenance.
